Some of our resident are from the local area of Barnoldswick and loved this location so much, they decided to stay. Others have been living on site for 20-30 years and have not looked back. All of our homes are privately owned and therefore have individual units fitted to suit personal tastes and requirements. Majority of the homes have one or two bedrooms with en suits. The new part of the development has mainly two bedrooms and a third room, which can be used for entertaining, storage or even office space. These homes come with integrated kitchen appliances such as: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and grill. These homes are ready to live in, fully furnished and decorated, they require minimal hassle.

Dales View park is located in the beautiful countryside of the Yorkshire/Lancashire border, boasting magnificent views over the Yorkshire Dales. This convenient location is just 10 miles from Skipton, 11 miles from the town of Clitheroe and 5 miles from the picturesque town of Colne. The local town of Barnoldswick is 1 ¼ miles from the park.
There is easy access to the motorway, linking to major routes. The M65 motorway is less than 5 miles from the park which links to the M6, M62 and M1 heading North, South, East and West of the country. Rail networks link from Colne and Skipton which allow transport to main lines East and West.
The location is ideal for people who enjoy the peace and quiet of the country side, and have an appreciation for the outdoors. There are many activities to keep you busy in this area, if you enjoy walking, fishing and playing golf especially. In the nearby towns of Skipton and Colne, there are regular markets held for you to enjoy.
To get to Barnoldswick from the park is just a 25 minute bus journey to the town centre, and a 26 minute walk. By car, this journey will take just 5 minutes. You can also venture to Skipton which will take about a 20 minute drive, or a 45 minute bus journey. Colne is not far, just a 15 minute drive and a 40 minute bus journey. There are plenty of towns to visit and enjoy around this location.
In Colne you will find: Muni Theatre, various restaurants and pubs, Pendle Hippodrome Theatre, cafes and tea rooms, ALID, LIDL, TK MAXX, Matalan, Sainsburys, Colne Library, B&M, M&S and many more independent and chain stores.
In Barnoldswick you will find: A selection of independently owned shops, gift shops, card shops, café’s and tearooms, banks, doctors and healthcare centres, and pharmacies including: Well Pharmacy, Lloyds Bank, Yorkshire Bank, Barclays.
There is a senior citizen minibus that collects residents from Dales View Park once a week to the nearby town of Barnoldswick, and many taxi services that can take you to and from your desired destination at low cost.
